Since 1975 Bailey Eaves Systems have built up an enviable reputation amongst architects, contractors and construction clients for manufacturing high quality aluminium eaves systems.

Bailey are at the forefront of eaves design and have developed systems that make construction speedier and more cost effective, by value engineering the profiles without compromising performance or appearance. Today, bespoke designs are developed from standard systems by Bailey Eaves Systems, to provide quality eaves and cladding features that enhance and add value to a wide variety of buildings, whilst being swift and efficient to install.

All Systems are manufactured to stringent quality control standards, from sheet and extruded aluminium, and are available in a variety of finishes which include polyester powder coating, PVDF and anodising.

Finishes are to the highest quality low maintenance specification. Polyester powder coating is carried out at Bailey Eaves Systems in-house plant and is backed by Azko Nobel 30 years guarantee. Bailey Eaves Systems offer Free Flow Rate calculations for gutter/downpipe sizing and provide typical Dwg formatted drawings on request. Full, bespoke detailed eaves design is also available.
