On any construction project in both domestic and commercial sectors, Bailey take care of the flat roof element by carrying out roof surveys and core sampling, providing specifications, performing wind load, U-value and drainage calculations and supply of AutoCAD details. Once on site projects installed by recommended sub-contractors are policed through a series of site inspections and issuing of progress reports.
