Bailey Atlantic
Bailey Atlantic is a sustainable TPE (thermoplastic polyethylene) single ply roofing membrane available in two thicknesses. Atlantic’s remarkable features make it the first choice for specifiers for new build and refurbishment projects. - Atlantic is a 2mm thick, mid-grey colour membrane with other colours available for large projects. It is certificated by BBA.
- No chlorides, fluorides or plasticisers are used in the manufacturing process, totally eliminating the risk of run-off water contamination.
- Atlantic membranes are 100% recyclable at any stage in life and are unaffected by UV light, resulting in a life expectancy in excess of 40 years.
- Chemically inert and compatible with most other building materials, including bitumen, without the need for a separation layer when used in overlay situations.
- Simple and easy to install, having excellent welding qualities due to a large welding temperature window and a memory enabling the membrane to be pre-folded and formed to suit awkward detailing.
- Bailey Atlantic can be repaired and rewelded years after installation to accommodate future alterations and is flexible, allowing absorption of thermal movement.

- It is supplied as a fleece-backed membrane for bonded applications and unbacked for mechanically fixing, complete with square-grid pattern finish which aids slip resistance.
- Root-proof without further protection (FLL factor), making it very economical as part of a green-roof system, either extensive or intensive.
- Available with an imitation standing seam profile or integrated PV solar panels.
- Atlantic EC16 is a lighter gauge membrane available in 1.6mm material in light grey.
