Bailey Flow-therm outlets
Bailey Flow-therm outlets range from deep outlets to shallow sump outlets for the efficient drainage of large flat roof areas through to small balconies or terrace roofs.
Flow-therm outlets are available to suit 
conventional and siphonic drainage systems, as well as parapet walls and emergency drainage according to BS EN 12056-3. Firesafe outlets offer additional fire protection.
In addition to this, the Flow-therm range includes a selection of roof vents for soil vent pipes and cold roof ventilation.
All Flow-therm products are manufactured with a rigid polyurethane body which is a good thermal insulator, meaning there is no need for additional insulation to be wrapped around the outlet. This makes them quicker to install and totally eliminates heat loss at these vital penetration points.
Flow-therm outlets are supplied in a variety of sizes, allowing a waterproof seal to all standard pipework diameters in both new build and refurbishment situations.
Flow-therm outlets are manufactured with integrated membrane flanges, ensuring a waterproof connection to all waterproofing membranes, which is critical to the success of any flat roof system.
