Bailey Sure-bond
Bailey Sure-bond is a range of unique one pack PU adhesives for strip or full surface bonding of fleece-backed membranes and most types of insulation to a variety of substrates. A manageable tin size, with a regulating nozzle promotes a clean, economical application due to increased coverage rates.
- Requires little or no preparation or special tools and
can be applied straight from the drum onto the substrate and the insulation placed on top. This is what makes Bailey’s approach to bonding so competitively fast. - Sure-bond are reactive adhesives, depending on the processing conditions you can obtain approximately 80% of the full bonding strength within just a few hours. No need for temporary loading.
- Bailey is offering the ideal solution for roof overlays. Bailey Sure-bond PU Adhesive can be applied over old bitumen layers since there is no reaction.
- Even if the old substrate is unknown Bailey Adhesive’s can still be used.
- Included under the Sure- Bond brand is a specialist contact adhesive for bonding TPO single ply membranes to upstands and details.
