Bailey Secret Fix Coping Systems do a better job. As walls and roofs become better insulated for energy efficiency heat loss through the top of wall becomes more important. Bailey C-Fix system can be installed with a thermal break, to prevent cold bridging and provide highly effective insulation as well as giving economical secret fix, low maintenance, long lasting waterproof protection for parapet walls.

Product features

Constructed from prefinished aluminium, C-Fix provides practical low maintenance weathering protection for parapet walls.
Utilises EPDM sealing strips at panel joints to ensure waterproof integrity.
The clip-on action allows panels to be installed without exposed fixings, thus creating its waterproofing performance.
Coping bracket clips can be fixed direct to parapet substrate (e.g. plywood) or to bailey top hat supports which provide a structural fixing medium across parapet widths.
Tapered top hat supports are available to complete the parapet structure/coping interface. These can be insulated and thermally broken to avoid any cold bridging issues.
C-Fix is made to order to suit your exact wall width and is supplied in 3m lengths for site, cutting if necessary with a complete range of
fittings, such as corner units, tee junctions, welded stop ends or up-stand ends.
