Bailey Commodity Systems

Bailey’s Commodity range provides quality products for projects where the main criteria is to meet a tight budget.  The fully modified bitumen used in their production benefits the contractor with an easy and secure product to install.  A high bond strength and greater resistance to break down, results in a lasting roofing system backed up by a 12 year guarantee.  The torch applied membranes are manufactured to a high and consistent standard and are readily available at competitive prices.  

Bailey Commodity Systems are suitable for use on flat and sloped / pitched roofs on both domestic and commercial projects, and are available in various coloured mineral and sanded finishes.

Bailey Classic

  • SBS-modified elastomeric bitumen membranes with polyester reinforced capsheet and glass fibre reinforced underlay.
  • Bailey Classic is a versatile product which can be used on any type of flat roof, including warm and cold roof constructions on new build or refurbishment projects.
  • Achieving excellent -15°C temperature flexibility makes Classic ideal for use in colder weather conditions.
  • Flexible membrane which absorbs all substrate movement, thus increasing the long-term performance of the product.
  • Available with a 10 or 12 year guarantee.

Bailey System 12000

  • APP-modified plastomeric bitumen membranes with polyester reinforced capsheet and glass fibre reinforced underlay.
  • Resistant to UV, which together with a tough polyester carrier, makes System 12000 a robust and durable product, lasting in excess of 20 years.
  • Greater resistance to heat, resulting in absorption of thermal movement and enabling the felt to resist marking in warmer weather conditions.
  • Available with a 10 or 12 year guarantees.

Bailey Classic Plus

  • A two layer, high performance torch-on membrane waterproofing system, with added thickness for greater durability and an extended life expectancy.
  • The Classic Plus system comprises a 5kg/m2 SBS modified capsheet together with a 4mm double polythene underlay or 4.0kg/m2 sanded finish underlay.
  • SBS modification technology and the extra thickness of bitumen provide a superb product which facilitates a swifter and easier installation.

Bailey Contract Plus

  • SBS, elastomeric modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with polyester reinforcement producing a membrane with excellent dimensional stability and elastic performance
  • A two layer, high performance torch-on membrane waterproofing system
  • Achieving excellent -10°C temperature flexibility
  • Available with 10 year guarantee

Bailey Contract

  • High quality APP-modified plastomeric bitumen membrane with polyester reinforcement.
  • Resistant to UV light
  • 4.5kg capsheet together with a 2.5kg underlay.
  • Low cost alternative to Classic, where the emphasis is on meeting budget.
  • Resistant to marking up in warmer weather.
  • Available with 10 year guarantee
