The BBA, known as the UK’s single most important approval body for construction products, has awarded both Bailey System 17000 & Bailey Atlantic with full Agrément certificates. The BBA has awarded Bailey Atlantic sustainable single ply roofing with a life expectancy “in excess of 40 years”, ensuring a lasting flat roof for any application.
BBA Approval is recognised by building control, government departments, architects, local authorities, specifiers, and industry insurers like the NHBC as unbiased and impartial confirmation of the products performance and longevity. Once a product has been approved by the BBA, an Agrément Certificates is awarded. These certificates are as proof that the product has been rigorously tested and compliant with Building Regulations and is proven to last for the defined period.
Selecting BBA approved products enables the specifier and contractor to avoid problems at any stage of the building process and queries about the performance of key products.

CWCT (Centre for Window & Cladding Technology) use various testing methods, which determine the level of serviceability of a window, façade or cladding systems when subjected to various levels of water, air and solid object impact. The final level of certifications depends on the pressure reached or the degree of damaged caused after impact.
