What’s your favourite thing about working for Bailey?

I have always got great pleasure in getting results from credit control. Putting in phone calls to clients, chasing them up and then receiving a cheque in the post or a BACS into the account.

 What’s the most challenging aspect of your job and how do you overcome it?

Accuracy and attention to detail, whether it be reading of emails or entering data in Epicor,  ensuring every entry is correct. Concentration is required and not allowing for interruptions.

What advice would you give to someone who would like to work as an Finance Manager

I would highly recommend a good sound knowledge of accounting and book-keeping.

What three words would you use to describe the company?
