Bailey Total Building Envelope recruits new sales director
Further good news for partners, clients and customers as Bailey Total Building Envelope welcomes new sales director Luke Treadwell who will be heading up the roofing side of the business.
Luke joins Bailey with an extensive sales background in the construction industry and a drive to succeed which will only work to develop the roofing department further. Promising to keep customers at the forefront of the business, focus on partnerships and continually grow their sales team, Luke’s expertise and enthusiasm are already driving Bailey forward to a stronger future.
Luke’s excellent ability to work with customers, identify their needs and find a product which is perfectly tailored to them has been apparent from a young age. After starting out in a bathroom showroom Luke then moved to the construction industry, where he gained experience in the insulation sector before moving to Jablite, here he progressed quickly from area manager to national sales manager. Then, after acquiring eight and a half years of roofing knowledge, to sales director.
“Trust and respect. These are the fundamental principles I was looking for in my next employer and I found them here at Bailey.” Comments Luke. “It’s a business made up of good people with strong morals who, instrumentally, trust and respect one and another, as well as the customers and partners they work with. This commitment to honest and open relationships is what underpins a lot of their success.”
“Luke is the perfect fit for the Bailey team and we’re delighted to welcome him on board. Luke will offer strategic direction, business development and support. His experience in the roofing area will be a fantastic asset, as will his personal qualities.” Comments Daniel Gilmore, Bailey CEO, “Luke’s ambition and attitude match Bailey’s ethos and outlook perfectly, so we’re all excited to see what the future holds for our roofing department with Luke at the helm.”
“I’m results driven, that’s what I find most exciting about what I do. I’ve already started implementing my own ideas to make a tangible difference to this business.” Bailey’s ambitious growth targets, hoping to increase turnover by 700 per cent over the next five years, means that Luke may well have his work cut out for him but he has not shied from the challenge. “I believe by embracing innovative technologies, focussing on our strong partnerships with contractors and suppliers and, most importantly, putting the customer at the heart of the business we can hit those targets.”
Moving forward, Luke stands by this aim to keep all customers as a priority, as well as retaining current clients and specifiers he hopes to reconnect with those whom Bailey has worked with in the past and build upon those relationships. Other plans include, growing the team further and raising the profile of the array of high quality roofing products available. Describing the roofing department as a ‘sleeping giant’, Luke is positive about the future: “Great work is already occurring but there’s so much more to come, I want to support the team to be the best they can be, to offer the best service products and initiatives available to our client base.”
