Join us at the Offsite Construction Show, 12-13 October 2016
The future of construction lies with companies willing to embrace new technology and collaborative ways of working. That’s why we’re exhibiting at the Offsite Construction Show in October as Bailey Total Build, promoting our innovative modular construction offering.
Modular construction has a wealth of benefits for the architect, contractor and end user, from increasing project efficiency, to reducing costs and improving quality – resulting in a more sustainable future.
The modular idea is simple – just like a car chassis. With the same shell you can choose from lots of options, all manufactured in the factory. Harnessing variation in design and function, you get true flexibility. In a similar way, modular units are constructed in a highly controlled environment. They leave the factory 90% complete, from flooring, fixtures and electrics to façade, weather proofing and connection pieces.
Daniel Gilmore, Bailey CEO, explains: “Modular construction is a truly integrated, innovative process. A streamlined, high quality and extremely efficient way to construct buildings, the benefits are numerous. The Offsite Construction show will allow us to meet people with a similar vision for the future of construction.
“As experts in a range of BIM and virtual design and construction processes, we quickly realised that modular construction is the way forwards. Coupled with our commitment to quality and unparalleled project management, we believe our modular offering is what the construction industry needs.”
The show showcases every part of the UK’s building, construction, design and engineering community, focusing on offsite products, services and technologies. Last year’s event attracted 2,000 attendees and looks to be even more popular this year.
Taking place on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 October at London’s premier exhibition venue, ExCel, there are more than 80 exhibitors and 30 CPD accredited seminars and workshops to choose from. Come along and visit Bailey Total Build on stand B20 to talk to the experts about modular construction.
The Offsite Construction Show is organised in association with buildoffsite, an industry-wide campaigning organisation that promotes greater uptake of offsite techniques by UK construction.
