Post Installation Support
On completion of all Bailey projects, a copy of all fitted drawings denoting the Bailey products on section/plans are handed over to project management team for inclusion of the Operations and Maintenance manual. As part of this package, schedules of manufacturer components, fixings and installation instructions, are also provided.
Throughout the project, Bailey’s technical team are on hand to discuss any queries the construction team may have.
There are circumstances where there is a requirement for the replacement of a Bailey component. The information provided by Bailey for the buildings Operations and Maintenance Manuals will also be held on record at head office which enables quick identification of Bailey components. All Bailey panels have ident reference numbers ensuring any replacement of Bailey goods is a fast and efficient process seldom requiring additional site visits, as all information is held by both Bailey and the customer.
Bailey project managers are readily available to assist with technical queries or arrange regular site inspections when appropriate. Once the project is completed, a final site inspection can be arranged and an inspection report produced prior to the insurance backed guarantee being issued, giving the client additional assurance and peace of mind.
Cleaning maintenance and annual inspections
In order to ensure that your building remains looking first class Bailey now offer maintenance and cleaning contracts. In addition and more importantly, to retain the validation of Bailey’s product guarantees we offer annual inspections as part of our on going post installation support.
